Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to accept your return. Kristina Richards accepts returns provided that requests are make within 14 days from the date of the order confirmation. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with the original tags attached. Kristina Richards reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.

ALL SALE ITEMS AND JEWELRY PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE AND MY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

This policy only applies to items purchased at KristinaRichardsStudio.com. Items purchased at our Newport and Cranston, RI stores must be returned within 7 days, with original tags and receipt, for store credit only.

Email us your request for return at returns@kristinarichardsstudio.com. We will issue a Receipt Authorization (RA) number. Print this email and include it with your package.
