Return & Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to accept your return.  Kristina Richards accepts returns within 7 days.  All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with the original tags attached.  Shoe returns must contain the original shoe box in the original condition and without postal labels.  Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Kristina Richards reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements.  Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Please enclose a copy of your receipt with your return.
